Senior Telemarketer Needed
Tele Nurture JD:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude.
Confident individual with excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently.
Experienced Tele marketing Consultant needed, to be based in korea.
Must be local and with minimum 5 years’ experience in Telemarketing- Lead Identification. Qualification & Tele Nurture
- Local Telemarketing expertise required
- Expertise in IT-B2B Telemarketing required
- Experience in conversing with C level, Decision Maker contacts with ability to extract and understand their needs
- 3 months’ probation following which performance review and possible full time opportunity
- Work primarily over the phone with possible face to face meetings with clients
- Background research and new development knowledge about clients
- Experience in Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting where necessary
- Project/ Client Training will be provided
- Attractive pay including performance based bonus upon review if KPI succeeded
- Enjoy a positive work environment, with opportunity to work with MNC clients
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in telemarketing with a deep understanding of Tele nurture, lead identification and qualification
- Fluent or native in English
- College/Tertiary/University Degree candidate preferred
- Proven determination to succeed
- IT-B2B experience necessary
- Dealing with IT customers/ IT background
- Ability to use Google search, Social media tools
- Self-motivated to work beyond the traditional 9-5 ina challenging role (full time - longer working hours may be required if project demands urgent delivery to client)
- Ability to converse with Senior Decision makers and hold business level (objective, needs analysis) conversation
- Able to cope with KPI
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- SFDC experience preferred (optional)
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
